		Try to wear gloves while performing household work to prevent polish from chipping. Also, abstain from immersing your hands and feet in water for an extended period of time. While artificial nail enhancements are stronger and more durable than natural nails, they are not indestructible. Please do not use them to open pop-top cans. If you wear artificial nail enhancements, please make sure to obtain refills every two weeks maximum or less. Failure to do so could result in lifting, which can cause liquids to be trapped underneath your nail. This can result in a bacterial or fungal infection. It is important that you apply cuticle oil to your nails once a day. This will condition your cuticles and promote healthy nail growth. For individuals sporting artificial nail enhancements, doing so will protect your natural nails underneath the enhancements, as well as keep enhancement products from becoming dry and brittle. We recommend the application of nail strengtheners to strengthen your nail plate. Apply a thin coat of clear polish every other day to protect your polish. We recommend you receive manicures and pedicures on a regular basis to maintain your cuticles, calluses and nail ridges. Many of the products we apply during our treatments are for professional use only, making it difficult to achieve the same results at home. If you notice any type of discoloration of or irregularity on your nail skin, please seek medical attention, as a nail or skin condition could be indicative of a more serious systemic condition. Hands and feet should be exfoliated periodically to slough off dead skin cells and revitalize skin. Please avoid the nails and cuticles though. We recommend the use of our tantalizing ROULA Body Scrubs. Formulated with a blend of natural botanical extracts, vitamins and essential oils, they will leave your skin feeling healthy and silky smooth. Follow this regimen up by lathering ROULA Body Souffle, our lightweight, silky lotion, all over to replenish your skin. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen to hands and feet on a daily basis. They often receive the greatest amount of exposure to the sun and are apt to wrinkle prematurely.
